Each project has a UDG Group point of contact who leads the discussions, approves deliverables and tracks the agreed schedule.
Written scope
Mandate, deliverables and limits are agreed before work starts.
Reporting
Progress is reported to the client's leadership at the agreed frequency.
Stated limits
UDG Group is not a certification body or accredited auditor and does not give legal advice. When a project requires them, we work alongside the client's specialists.
