How we work

Engagements start simply and become formal only once the scope is clear. Every stage has an outcome, an owner and an acceptance criterion.

Stages of an engagement

  1. Initial conversation

We understand your situation, deadline and what already exists. We tell you plainly whether and how we can help.

  2. Assessment

We review documents, requirements or the market and you receive a written report: what is missing, what to prioritise and what implementation involves.

  3. Fixed-scope project

We deliver a clear output, for example a prequalification submission, a bid or a set of procedures, with responsibilities agreed from the start.

  4. Ongoing engagement

Where it makes sense, we continue monthly: commercial development, bids, operational coordination or support for the systems we implemented, under agreed terms.

Engagement models

We choose the right format together. Terms for each are agreed in writing.

  • Initial conversation

A conversation to understand the need and establish whether we are a good fit. It does not include document review or detailed recommendations.

  • Paid assessment

A defined review with a written report and action plan. Scope, timing and cost are agreed beforehand.

  • Fixed-scope project

A clear deliverable, with agreed deadline and cost. Suitable for prequalification submissions, bids, documentation, websites, platforms or automation.

  • Monthly engagement

A monthly workload for commercial development, bids, fractional operations management or support for the systems we implemented, under agreed terms.

Support after implementation

For the systems we have implemented, we can stay involved after launch. The scope, hours and cost of support are set out in the contract.

What it includes

  • Updates and fixes for the systems we implemented
  • Adjustments to configurations, processes and documents as the company changes
  • Backup checks for systems we host, where agreed
  • Assistance on request, within the hours and terms set out in the contract

What it does not include

  • Round-the-clock monitoring or intervention outside the agreed hours
  • Guaranteed response times, unless explicitly set out in the contract
  • Running the company's entire IT infrastructure

Working principles

Verified information

We do not invent data, references or figures. Anything that cannot be confirmed is flagged and clarified.

Clear accountability

Every deliverable has an owner and an acceptance criterion. Declarations and decisions remain the company's.

Confidentiality

We work under non-disclosure agreements and never use one client's information for another.

Technology with human review

We use automation and AI for speed and volume, and people check the output before it is used.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before receiving any documents or internal information, on our template or yours.

Can we start directly with a project, without an assessment?

Yes, if the scope is already clear, for example a prequalification submission with known requirements. An assessment is recommended when the problem is not yet well defined.
