Technology for operations

Automation and AI with human review

We automate repetitive work and connect applications to one another, for consistent data and less manual effort. We use AI where it adds speed, with human approval for important decisions.

What you receive

  • What is automated, what stays manual and why
  • Connecting email, CRM, spreadsheets and other systems
  • Workflows that handle data transfers, notifications and approvals
  • Templates and verification rules, approved by the company

When it helps

  • Your team copies data by hand between email, spreadsheets and the CRM.
  • The same information is entered several times, in different applications.
  • Similar documents are written from scratch every time.
  • You have tried AI tools, but the results are not reliable.

What we aim for

The objectives of the engagement, not guaranteed results.

  • Less time lost on repetitive tasks.
  • Consistent data across applications.
  • AI output checked by a person before it is used.

What the result depends on

Automation depends on access to the applications involved, the quality and structure of the data, the limits and costs of external services and the people who approve the output.

Frequently asked questions

Which tools do you use?

We choose based on context, starting from the applications the company already uses. We prefer solutions the company can control and maintain.

How do you avoid AI errors?

Through working and review rules: we do not accept missing information being filled in by assumption. Gaps are flagged for clarification, and outputs are checked before use.

Does company data reach third parties?

Only the agreed services, with settings that exclude data from model training where the provider allows it. Sensitive data can be excluded from AI workflows entirely.
