Commercial development

Positioning, brand and corporate presentation

We shape how large buyers perceive your company. Positioning, visual identity and the corporate materials requested before the first meeting, in Romanian, English and German.

What you receive

  • Company description, value proposition, messages by segment
  • Logo or wordmark, colours, typography, usage rules
  • Capability statement and corporate presentation
  • A document setting out what the company does and does not deliver

When it helps

  • Your company delivers high-level work but presents itself like a small firm.
  • A client or procurement team has asked for a capability statement or portfolio.
  • Your visual identity is inconsistent across documents, website and bids.
  • You are entering a foreign market and need materials in its language.

What the result depends on

Frequently asked questions

What is a capability statement?

A short document, usually two to four pages, that shows a buyer what your company can deliver: services, capacity, sectors, certifications held, relevant projects and contact details. The procurement teams of large clients ask for it frequently.

Can you include confidential projects in the portfolio?

Only in anonymised form without identifying details, or with the client's written consent. We check every description before publication.

Do you also build the website?

Yes, through our corporate website and digital marketing service, using the same positioning and identity.
